  • CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training 21122 U.S. 84 Abiquiu, NM, 87510 United States (map)

NOTE! This is an off-road/adventure ride. Please be prepared for both pavement highway speeds and dirt riding.

Lunch tastes better when you ride your motorcycle there.

PLEASE register (for free) so we can get a headcount. This important for making a reservation. Thank you!

Date & Restaurant: September 29th to Cafe Abiquiu and La Terraza

Time: We’ll leave Albuquerque together at 8:00 am

Mileage oneway: Approximately 158 miles from Valero to Abiquiu via pavement and dirt. Approximately 54 miles of dirt riding.

Route: Meet at the Valero across from the Sandia Resort & Casino on Tramway. 550 to Cuba, then we’ll connect with section 7 of the New Mexico BDR (there will be an alternate/addition to section 7). We’ll then roll into Abiquiu for lunch.

Level: Moderate. Speeds will be 70+ mph due to the the highways. There will be some rocky and or bumpy sections. Weather always changes the condition of the roads.

Fuel: Please top off before or at the Valero. There is fuel in Abiquiu. If needed, we can stop to top off in Cuba as well (for the small motorcycles).

Return to Albuquerque: Riders have the option of going their own way back home. We will either retrace our steps or take another route home. This is often discussed over lunch and small groups form for those that want different options.

PLEASE register (for free) so we can get a headcount. This important for making a reservation. Thank you!
