CLEAR Moto Policy

  • You will receive additional information after successfully booking any course. All Private Coaching must be booked individually by Contacting Us. All other courses can be found in our Upcoming Events calendar.

  • You have the option to pay in-full or a 50% deposit at time of booking.

    All remaining balances are due no less than one week prior to your scheduled training. You’ll receive an email reminder with a payment attachment for any balances.

    Payment(s) are accepted through our designated and secure payment portals on this website.

    Cash payment can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your options.

  • Two weeks or more notice: 100% refund of total payments made to CLEAR Moto if canceled with no less than two weeks notice. 

    Less than two weeks notice: 50% refund of full payment and no refund if only the deposit was paid. 

    Less than one week notice: No refund of any amount. Please consider rescheduling. A limit of two reschedules, for which a $100 charge will be applied to each additional reschedule. 

    No shows/No calls: No refund of any amount. No rescheduling option with a credit is available.

  • Each rider must be or have the following:

    • The age of 16 years old (with parental or guardian consent) or older

    • Valid Motorcycle License/Endorsement

    • Proof of motorcycle insurance

    • Wear a properly fitted DOT approved motorcycle helmet

    • Eye protection (goggles, sunglasses, glasses, or closed helmet face-screen)

    • Wear full-finger gloves

    • Wear long pants

    • Wear over-the-ankle boots

    We highly encourage and much prefer that riders wear motorcycle specific riding gear, designed for the discipline in which they are participating in. 

    If any rider is unable to provide any of the above requirements, CLEAR Moto may deny your participation in training and/or event. If you have any questions regarding gear, please contact us.

    • Riders are kind and respectful to all CLEAR Moto staff and fellow riders

    • Riders are willing to learn

    • Riders are responsible for their own actions

    • Riders are responsible for checking in with their own energy levels and making smart choices regarding riding and/or training

    • Riders are responsible for taking additional breaks when needed

    • Rider is in control and responsible for how they operate their own or any motorcycle they ride during a CLEAR Moto training and/or event

    • All staff will be respectful and kind to all riders

    • We are here to support and encourage riders

    • Safety is our priority

    • It is our job to challenge your skills, and we’ll do so in a safe and calculated manner

    • We are responsible for our own actions

    • The coach will provide breaks throughout training for all riders

    • We will not tolerate any disrespect from anyone toward anyone

    • We respect the land and/or property we are using for our training and/or events

    • We are not a party-spot and will have quiet hours from 9:00 pm - 7:00 am

  • Training will continue in poor weather. In the very rare case that weather is severe and dangerous enough CLEAR Moto may elect to reschedule and/or cancel training (in the case of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable travel costs when applicable).

    If you do not attend training due to weather and training has not been canceled, you will NOT receive a refund.

    The training location and/or the curriculum order may change due to current weather conditions. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we highly value safety for students and staff.

  • You are responsible for your own actions and decisions and actions regarding your participation in CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training. This includes your actions both on and off a motorcycle. 

    Operating and being around motorcycles can result in injury and/or harm to yourself and/or others. By scheduling, paying for, signing the waiver, and participating in any CLEAR Moto training and/or event, you are accepting any and all risks and responsibilities associated with motorcycle riding.

    All participants/riders are required to complete the CLEAR Moto waiver of liability, and any other required waivers or forms prior to participating in any CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training. Refusing to do so will revoke your scheduled training and you will not be allowed to participate in CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training.
