CLEAR Moto is built from years of coaching and riding experience from some of the best in the motorcycling industry.

Cassie Maier, our lead coach and founder, was a lead rider for the BMW Motorrad Demo Truck for six years before COVID hit. She has a lot of experience with a variety of motorcycles.

She was also mentored under the BMW US Rider Academy and West38Moto. Learning and refining her own coaching and guiding skills under the guidance and care of more senior coaches.

We take coaching very seriously. Basing our approach on rider support, understanding, and encouragement.

Our focus is to provide you with skills which apply to real-world riding. There are some skills which are truly just for practice, and if we use them in your curriculum we'll discuss what the real-world application of that skill would be.

We want to help you fall in love with motorcycling by increasing your confidence, proficiency, and control. Making each ride more enjoyable as your skills improve.

Building you a strong foundation is our main approach. Giving you the solid ground to build more advanced skills upon. We don’t rush through this process for the “fun stuff.”
